&lt;li&gt;250 gr pancetta affumicata a cubetti
&lt;li&gt;100 gr parmigiano grattugiato
&lt;li&gt;100gr panna da cucina
&lt;li&gt;Burro per ungere la teglia
&lt;li&gt;3 uova
&lt;li&gt;2 dl di latte
&lt;li&gt;noce moscata
&lt;li&gt;sale pepe&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;PREPARAZIONE:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Ungete una teglia rotonda e ricoprite bene con la pasta brisée bucherellandola su tutta la superficie con una forchetta.Spargete bene all'interno i cubetti di pancetta.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;In una ciotola mettete le uova, il formaggio, la panna, il latte,sale e pepe, noce moscata e mescolate bene.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;600gr patape&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;4 carciofi&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;1 mozzarella (200 gr circa)&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;succo di limone &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;prezzemolo tritato&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;pane grattugiato&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;olio d'oliva&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;1 spicchio di aglio&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;sale &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;pepe&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;PREPARAZIONE:&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Sbucciate, lavate e tagliate a fettine sottili le patate e fatele scottare in acqua bollente max 1 minuto.Mettetele ad asciugare su uno strofinaggio e tamponatele con dello scottex.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Pulite bene i carciofi togliendo tutte le spine e tagliandoli a fettine sottili.Metteteli in acqua acidula, fate imbiondire l'aglio in una padella con dell'olio e dopo aver scolato bene  i carciofi gettateli dentro, salate e pepate.Fateli cuocere 5 minuti, nel frattempo tritate(non troppo) nel mixer  la mozzarella ben scolata.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Spennellate una pirofila con dell'olio e mettete sul fondo un po' di pane grattugiato&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Iniziate a fare uno strato di patate, carciofi, prezzemolo, mozzarella, sale e pepe..fate un'altro strato  e terminando  con le patate.&lt;/div&gt;
